How can we get posters?

Can we have some banners?
Unfortunately, Youngcare does not have the capacity to provide banners. However, there is a poster available for download, which you can access by clicking here.
Can we have Youngcare flyers?
We have a Youngcare fact sheet that you can access at www.thongday.com.au/resources
Do you have an ambassador in my state?
At this stage, our Ambassadors come from Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. But we hope to have Ambassadors in all Australian states and territories one day!
Can you help us promote the event?
We can place your event on the events calendar on our Thong Day website. We also have a media release template available for download by clicking here. You can use this to promote your event.
Can you help with media contacts?
We would recommend Googling in the first instance, otherwise if you have tried and have had no luck, we can help if they are looking for a specific media contact. Please email Kathy O’Donnell in our Marketing team for more info info@youngcare.com.au.

Can we have promotional material?
You can purchase merchandise through our website.
Do I have to bank via Everyday Hero or can I do a bank transfer?
We prefer banking to be done either:
- On your own fundraising page at Every Day Hero. It is set up automatically upon registration of your event and keeps a running total for you.
- Online through the ‘donate now’ button at www.youngcare.com.au/donate
- Over the phone with your credit card
- Or at the bank, however this is least preferred.
- Receipt books are available on request
Where can I buy thongs in bulk?
You can buy thongs from your local Terry White chemist. Click here to locate your local store.
You can also order directly from Youngcare. Simply go to www.thongday.com.au/resources and download the order form, which then needs to be returned to Youngcare via fax (07 3041 3400), post (PO 725 Spring Hill Q 4004) or email (info@youngcare.com.au).
My local Terry White Chemist does not stock the thongs, can I buy them directly from you?

Do I have to register online to participate in Thong Day?
Yes please! It is important that we be able to track and gauge what events are being held, and we want to be able to provide our hosts with as much support as possible.
Can my school/workplace hold a Thong-a-thong before October 1/2/3?
Absolutely! Even though Thong Day technically runs over October 1 – 3, we like to think that we’re already in thong season. Your support, whenever it is shown, will be highly appreciated.
